Works well but requires a heavy-handed touch
Let's face it - most of us prefer scribbling notes and doodling on a piece of paper to using a keyboard and mouse to enter text and graphics into a laptop. This gadget promises to bridge that gap between paper and PC - you just clip it to the top of your paper pad and it records the notes you write with the supplied pen into its memory. You can then transfer them to your PC via USB. It does work quite well, but it's very expensive, comes with poor PC software and forces you to press down quite heavily when you're writing, because the pen is pressure-sensitive.
